Wellbeing Days 25–26 February 2026 – Come and Feel Your Best! 

You are warmly welcome to Karelia UAS Wellbeing Days – two inspiring days full of good vibes and new experiences! For students and staff.

25 Feb – Wärtsilä Campus 
26 Feb – Tikkarinne Campus 

Highlights include: MindfulnessSound bowl relaxationNepalese danceArt caféColor analysis, Digital Wellbeing Walk, Chess Competition, PlayStation games, and Mobility exercises. Plus, in the lobbies you’ll find information stands from various wellbeing service providers and Group Trustee student presentations. Check the program below.

    • At the Art Café, creativity meets treats – come enjoy coffee, sweet treats, and a relaxed painting session. Organizer: Cultural Diversity of Study Paths project

    • Observe and gain insight – the digital wellbeing walk guides you along a projected path of wellbeing toward new realizations. Organizer: Tulevaisuuden työkyky project
