Initiatives

All members of the Student Union POKA have the right to submit initiatives to the Student Union. With an initiative, you can take a stand on POKA’s activities or raise issues that you would like the Student Union to promote. The initiative must be signed and addressed to the Student Union Board. The Board will consider the initiative within one month of its receipt and prepare an opinion on it. If necessary, the Board will invite the signatory(s) of the initiative to the meeting. The initiative will also be discussed by the Student Union council of representatives at its next meeting.

The initiative can be submitted to the Student Union POKA offices at the Tikkarinne or Wärtsilä campus or by e-mail to [email protected] or [email protected].
