The 2026 Council of Representatives will convene for an extraordinary email meeting between Tuesday to Wednesday, 6.10.2026 12:00 PM–7.10.2026 12:00 PM.

The agenda concerns calling the Representatives Council elections and opening the Board application period.

Members of the Student Union and delegates from subject associations are welcome to follow the email thread. If you want to follow the meeting, please contact the email provided below on the evening before the meeting at the latest. The minutes are due to be uploaded to POKA’s Material Bank within two weeks of the meeting.
