The 2026 Council of Representatives will convene for an extraordinary email meeting between the 17th and 18th of March 2026.

The agenda concerns calling by-elections to the Council of Representatives.

Members of the Student Union and delegates from subject associations are welcome to to follow the email thread. If you want to follow the meeting, please contact the email provided below on the evening before the meeting at the latest. The minutes are due to be uploaded to POKA’s Material Bank within two weeks of the meeting.
