Meeting of the Council of Representatives 28.10.

The Representative Council of the Student Union POKA will convene on Monday, October 28, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM for an extraordinary email-based meeting.

The agenda items are as follows:

• Changing the date of the representative council elections and confirming the new date: the new date is November 18, 2024, at 3:00 PM until Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 3:00 PM.
• Granting Joonas Sallinen’s resignation from the chairmanship of the Central Election Committee and electing a new member and chairperson of the Central Election Committee. If a personal election is held under this item, the election will be conducted as an electronic vote on October 28, 2024, between 8:15 PM and 8:45 PM, and the voting link will be provided at the start of the election.

Observers of the meeting can register with the Chairperson of the Representative Council, Susanna Turunen, by 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at [email protected]. The documents and email discussions of the meeting will be shared with the observers. According to the regulations, members of the Student Union have the right to attend the meetings of the Representative Council.
